It's was called a proposal, like a prospects, these are forward looking statements, not indicative of future market results.
This what happens when you invest money in bad stock, you lose. All these commissioners see,all this money is out there ,and it's just waiting for us to take it.OK. The last time i looked it was called greed. I thought greed was bad, but only if it's for the public good.
