Isit because the drug policy is run from The Executive Office of The President. $ 688 million dollars and billions spent on detaining and enforcing these laws wouldn't have anything to do with that ? Would it, Mr President? Or because that hemp is much better for the environment and the people? It's not your call sir. It's the consent of the governed.
