             This gentleman's name is Bruce Ray Riggs, in 2010 , he ran in the U.S. Senate race against Rubio, Meek and Crist. He ran as a N.P.A.( no party affiliate). He finished with 3,647votes in the race. If you have time please listen to this gentleman , running for Florida's 5th Congressional District.( Florida's 5th congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Florida that comprises all of Citrus,Hernando, and Sumter counties and most of Lake, Levy, and Pasco counties and portions of Marion and Polk counties. The district includes northern exurbs of Tampa and western exurbs of Orlando within the high-growth Interstate 4 Corridor.
