Hollywood civic group, police work together in response to rash of burglaries
The Untied Neighbors of South Hollywood, should start a group. A group ,thats want to save their property. Once they realize the police doesn't care about them, and they(the police) are not liable for their safety.Then they will wake up. Stop looking to government to fix your problems, fix them yourself.
