Here we go again

Another star owes unpaid back taxes to the IRS and had a lien put against his 5,300 acre ranch.Val KIlmer was Ice man in "Top Gun",Bruce Wayne in "Batman" and in the action packed thriller "Heat".
The amount owed to thee IRS is $498,165.00 . Tim Giethner and Charlie Rangel and Tom Dashule did have any problems withe IRS ,but Shirley Peel Jackson and Wesley Snipes did. I wish their lawyers would say "Show us the Law", instead arguing the dollar amount. argue the Law. As i said before. Free Wesley Snipes ,Free Shirley Peel Jackson.

President and V.P. nominations for the BTP

The Presidential & Vice Presidential nominees will be held beginning December 22, 2011 and lasting as many days as needed to chose the nominees.

In accordance with the bylaws Article 11 m) Notice of the party's intent to nominate candidates for the presidency and vice-presidency of the United States shall be published on the Party's web site one year before such election and nominations shall be opened, to be made through the appended comments form. All candidates who are nominated by two or more Party members, who meet the qualifications of office listed in the Constitution of the United States of America, and who affirm their support for the Party's platform and their willingness to accept the Party's nomination to the presidency and/or vice-presidency of the United States, shall be considered eligible nominees, any affiliations they may have with other political parties notwithstanding. All nominations and candidate affirmations must be received prior to the opening of that year's regular convention. The Chair shall take official notice of any candidate affirmations which may be fraudulent, and shall investigate, and issue a ruling as to the legitimacy of, such affirmations.

Article 11 o) As soon as practicable after the published opening date and time for the convention, member polls for the Party's nominations to the presidency and vice-presidency of the United States shall open and remain open for 24 hours. These polls shall include each of the prospective nominees, as well as "None of the Above," in alphabetical order. The method of voting shall be "approval voting." Each voting member may cast one vote for every candidate which he or she deems an acceptable nominee to the office. At the close of the poll, the candidate receiving the most votes, provided that he or she has also received a vote from a majority of voting members, shall be the nominee of the Party to the office. If no candidate has received a vote from a majority of voting members, then successive 24-hour polls shall be conducted in the same manner, with the candidate receiving the fewest votes in the previous poll eliminated, until such time as a candidate emerges with both the largest number of votes and votes from a majority of voting members. If, at the conclusion of any poll in this process, "None of the Above" receives both the largest number of votes and receives votes from a majority of voting members, the process shall end and the Party shall not nominate a candidate to the office in question for that election.

Please make nominations via comment to this thread.

Lower Taxes,Greater Growth

Census Shows Where Taxes Are Lower, Growth Is Greater
December 24, 2010 by Bob Livingston
The U.S. Census is beginning to release some figures from the 2010 count and there are some tidbits of interest there.
One is the fact that seven of the nine states that do not have a state income tax grew faster than the national average, as noted by Michael Barone in washingtonexaminer.com. The other two, South Dakota and New Hampshire, had the fastest growth in their regions.
High tax, big government socialist types like to spout the nonsense that the tax structure does not influence business or residency decisions. But 35 percent of the nation’s total population growth — from 281,421,906 in 2000 to 308,745,538 in 2010 — occurred in those nine states. And Texas — the state with the greatest growth — has a diversified economy, is business-friendly and has low taxes.
President Barack Obama and members of Congress bemoan our nation’s dreary economic situation while contemplating increasing taxes and implementing burdensome legislation and standing idly by while government agencies impose oppressive regulation without the Constitutional authority to do so.
The quickest way to kick start the economy — and return to Constitutional governance — is to take an axe to government. I’m not talking about slowing the growth of government, which in legislative doublespeak is called a cut. I’m talking about taking draconian measures like eliminating unConstitutional agencies — the Departments of Education, Energy and Homeland Security, the Transportation Security Administration, the Food and Drug Administration and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting for starters — closing down military bases around the world, ending the perpetual wars and bringing all troops home, phasing out social welfare programs and eliminating funding for Leftist boondoggles like the National Endowment for the Arts.
After that, how about we close down the Federal Reserve, return to a gold standard and repeal the 16th Amendment — and end the income tax — and 17th Amendment while we’re at it?
Government types and socialists — is that redundant? — hear suggestions like this and wail. But slashing government and ending its ability to debase the currency would be a giant leap toward Constitutional governance.
Anything less is continued support of tyranny.

My government cost what?

Our friends at the Independent Institute have created a powerful personalized government cost calculator at MyGovCost.org.
This online software determines what government will cost you for the rest of your life, and also what you could have earned if you had invested that money instead.
We wanted to find out what government costs the "average" person. The results are on our blog. It's a shocking number . . .
The difference between what the government will cost the average person, and what he or she could have earned in the private market with that money, is over $500,000.
Will government cost you more or less than the average? To find out . . .
1. Go to http://www.mygovcost.org
2. Find out what government costs you, and how much you could have earned instead
If you don't like what you see, please send a letter telling Congress to cut federal spending.
You may borrow from or copy this letter . . .
You should do more than cut spending to keep deficits under control. To truly restore prosperity, you must cut the size, scope, and power of the federal government.
Government spending requires taxes and borrowing. This means I have less money to save and invest, and businesses have less capital with which to grow.
In fact, a person of median education, age, and income would earn $500,000 if his or her taxes were instead invested in private markets. http://www.downsizedc.org/blog/what-will-government-cost-the-average-person
What is government doing that is worth $500,000 of lost income?
* Social Security offers a poor return on my forced contributions
* Federal health and education spending have driven up costs 2-3 times the inflation rate over the past 50 years
* Wars, foreign aid, and troops stationed in 100+ countries seem to build anti-American resentment and make us LESS safe
* Most federal departments serve special interests or duplicate the work the Tenth Amendment leaves to the states and the people
You would serve me best by cutting spending and taxes. Nothing else you could do for me remotely compares in value, and in fact, the more you spend the more you cause me harm. Please stop harming me. Cut spending and taxes now!
END LETTER
You can send your letter using DownsizeDC.org's Educate the Powerful System.
And we encourage you to tell your friends about MyGovCost.org. http://www.mygovcost.org

Tell them "NO"

This week, the Senate will vote on a long-term Continuing Resolution (CR) that leaves spending at 2010 levels, makes over $1 trillion in appropriations for Big Government projects, and contains S. 510, the FDA's War on Food, as an attachment.

Contact your senators and urge them to vote against the long-term CR on every vote - including cloture - and to support a short-term version that will fund the government only until the new Congress convenes and removes the S. 510 language.

It 's Wesley Snipes .I dont hear any crying from the President and the Black community about this.
Wesley Snipes is the hero in my book.
