To dissolve Congress by order of the President.

As i was doing my blogtalk radio show titled " DUDE! Where's your navigator!" I reading some twitter response from progressives. They are callin for the President to issue a executive order to end the government shutdown, and another for the President to dissolve the Congress. I am reminded of what President George W.Bush made "Executive Directive 51 ,which claims power to execute procedures for continuity of the federal government in the event of a "catastrophic emergency". Such an emergency is construed as "any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions." ^{[1].
Government Functions? Is the government shutdown a "catastrophic emergency".Some progressives are saying "YES".}

This is giving the President carte blanche ,to a Dictatorship. I say let it fall,crash and burn. I've had enough of this empire.
