State (FL) is the case of a law abiding concealed carry licensee who was arrested and prosecuted in Fort Pierce, FL for violating Florida nearly complete ban on Open Carry after his otherwise lawfully carried handgun unknowingly became unconcealed while walking. The denials were based, in part, on the court's findings that the statute is facially overbroad and is facially vague, but was not necessarily improper “as applied” in this case. This turns the standard for statutory review on its head by applying it in reverse. The judge also did not fully consider the Second Amendment or FL Art.1 Sec. 8 question; denying it because the question of the right to bear arms "is for someone above the level of this court." The prosecution, having already been notified of our intent to appeal, took the unusual tactic of stipulating to the court that withholding adjudication and just imposing a fine would suit the State’s interests after the Judge explained his grounds for dismissal of the constitutional challenges. The Second Amendment question is fairly straightforward; Florida courts have clearly acknowledged that the carrying of a concealedfirearm is a privilege subject even to being banned completely, not a right protected by the constitution. Florida appellate courts have held that the “Retroactive application of (new Florida Statutes), is not unconstitutional because a license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm is a privilege and not a vested right.” Crane v. Department of State, 547 So. 2d 266 (Fla. 1989). The Florida Legislature and Supreme Court have long recognised that there is a right to bear arms outside of the home. The “privilege of a license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm” recognized in Crane cannot replace, or substitute for, the fundamental right guaranteed by the U.S. and Florida Constitutions. Florida Carry is providing for the continued defense of Dale Norman and seeks to clarify what the right to bear arms is in Florida. Socialist, know any?

The term "socialist" has been flying around for about 3 to 4 years now. Some
people claim President Obama a socialist,a Muslim, unamerican. Some Muslims don't drink beer or any
alcohol..

Well let's look at the word "socialist".

Simple enough. Now the next question is ,"What is socialism?"

of socialism.

in the modern sense c.1835. Socialista, with a different sense, was applied 18c.
to followers and pupils of Dutch jurist Grotius (1583-1645).And for some food

Statist! well they suck!

When talking about statism or statist,for those in the Liberty movement have visions of a tyrannical government. That's an excellent picture.

Statist= one who advocates for statism.

Statism=The practice or doctrine of giving a centralized government control over economic planning and policy.

Statist come from the Left and the Right. Anytime you hear someone saying this should be done by the government, that's a statist. Welfare, warfare, roads,education taxes,and foreign policy of intervention is praised by the statist.

Here's a message from National Chairman of The Boston Tea Party, Darryl W. Perry

Farewell

I first joined the BTP in 2006 and have been on the National Committee since 2008 when I was elected as an At-Large Rep. In 2010 I was elected Chair, and was re-elected this Spring.

Due to the lack of involvement from party members for most of 2011, a resolution was introduced to disband the party.

Whereas the membership of the BTP is largely inactive, and
Whereas the number of State affiliates has decreased since 2008;
Be it therefore resolved, at the close of this National Convention, that the Boston Tea Party shall cease to exist as a political party.

This resolution failed, however member activity has remained stagnant.

I am incredibly disappointed with the party members and in myself for not being able to motivate people to action. While I would love for the BTP to grow and become a viable alternative to the older more established parties, it does not appear the membership is willing to help the party grow.

I regret to announce that effective immediately, I am resigning as Chair of the Boston Tea Party National Committee. With only two remaining members of the National Committee, my resignation effectively disbands the BTP.

I will continue to work towards complete freedom and hope you will join me in this peaceful fight.

Are an agorist?

The word "agora" comes for the greek. The word means " open marketplace".
So an agorist is an conscious practitioner of Counter-Economics;older terms for Left-Libertarian and New Libertarian.

Counter-Economics:  the study and/or practice of all human action which is forbidden by the State, including violation or non-compliance with regulations; sale and delivery of controlled or forbidden substances; ignoring of all borders and internal state boundaries, customs, tariffs, duties and taxes; evasion of taxes, tributes, levies and assizes; non-compliance with personal regulation such as sexual positions or partnering;gay sex or hetero sex, smuggling of both goods and people; homesteading of areas forbidden by the state but out of its reach such as the ocean bottom or Outer Space; violation of all pharmaceutical controls e.g the ability to buy propecia online; failure to report anti-statist acts and to turn in anti-statists (agorists).

Agorism:the new ideology which asserts that the Libertarian philosophical position occurs in the real world in practice as Counter-Economics.

• A member of a political party named the Democratic Party,often meaning specifically:
• A member of the United States political party, the Democratic Party
• The term comes from the Greek word δημοκρατία (dēmokratía) "rule of the people"
• Demos="common people", kratic= "rule", "strength". 
• The Democrats are socially liberal, and fiscal liberal. They believe that a Leftist government can help the elderly, the economically disadvantaged, minorities, through taxes to make everything equal.This is know as Left Statist. Clearly not the right remedy for this problem. Lasizze faire markets, money backed by a commodity, or gold,silver. Let people keep their property( money, real state etc.) without taxation.This just a few things that Libertarians differ from the Democrats.

Republicans, who are they? What is a republic?

Republicans! I was thinking about this word.and looked it up. And Ben Franklin stated "You were given a republic, if you can keep it". Ahh republic, another word. So i decided to post a couple of terms to understand this Republicanism. As Sun Tze said "If you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles".
